Contaminated land and pollution
- act for Bayside City Council in relation to a judicial review application challenging a clean-up notice regarding lead contamination at Merindah Park
- act for a council in relation to water pollution charges

- negotiate complex rehabilitation and after-use agreements for landfills and quarries

Biodiversity
- draft native vegetation credit trading agreements for Trust for Nature, Peninsula Link and Western Highway Duplication Project
- advise Whittlesea Council regarding protection of River Red Gums in context of PSPs for Northern Growth Corridor and Melbourne Strategic Assessment, achieving an 80% scattered tree retention requirement
- represent responsible authorities in enforcement proceedings under the Planning and Environment Act 1987
- draft settlement agreements to resolve unlawful clearing incidents
